The Brussels energy and water regulator, BRUGEL, has published for public consultation its proposal of tariff methodology, developed with the support of the consulting firm Schwartz and Co, concerning the activities of the water cycle operator Vivaqua for the regulatory period 2027-2031

Vivaqua is the producer and distributor of drinking water and the operator of the sewage networks in the Brussels-Capital Region, and also manages most of Brussels’ stormwater basins. In preparation for the next regulatory period 2027-2031, the Brussels energy and water regulator, BRUGEL, has published its proposal of tariff methodology applicable to Vivaqua, which was developed with the support of the firm Schwartz and Co.
