The Brussels energy and water regulator, BRUGEL, has published for public consultation its proposal of tariff methodology, developed with the support of the consulting firm Schwartz and Co, concerning the activities of the operator Hydria for the 2027-2028 regulatory period.

Hydria manages wastewater collection and treatment in the Brussels-Capital Region and also operates some of Brussels’ stormwater retention basins. In preparation for the next regulatory period (2027-2028), the Brussels energy and water regulator, BRUGEL, has published its draft tariff methodology applicable to Hydria, which was developed with the support of the firm Schwartz and Co.
